As estate agents and property managers we carry out an activity requiring a permit pursuant to § 34 c GewO (German Trade Regulation Act). The permit covers:

  1. Brokerage of the conclusion of, or providing evidence of the opportunity to conclude, contracts relating to land, rights equivalent to land, commercial premises or residential premises.
  2. Preparation or execution of construction projects as developer in our own name for our own or a third party's account, and the use of assets of purchasers, tenants, lessees or other authorised users as well as of applicants for acquisition or usage rights for this purpose.
  3. Management of jointly owned residential property (within the meaning of § 1 (2), (3), (5) and (6) WEG, German Condominium Act) or of tenancies for residential premises (within the meaning of § 549 BGB, German Civil Code) for third parties.

Professional title: Immobilienmakler und Immobilienverwalter (estate agent and property manager, awarded in the Federal Republic of Germany). The provisions of the German Trade Regulation Act (GewO), in particular § 34 c GewO, and the German Estate Agents and Property Developers Ordinance (MaBV) apply; they are available at www.gesetze-im-internet.de.
