Every property we manage has a dedicated property manager. They are supported by our accounting department and team – responsibility always stays clearly assigned. Modern digital processes support our work, but never replace personal contact.
Deliberately regional: we only manage properties within roughly 40 km of our office in Bad Homburg. That means short distances and close cooperation with an established regional network of tradespeople and service providers.
