Decisions concerning owners, tenants, prospective clients or contractual partners are taken exclusively by natural persons. Automated decision-making within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR does not take place.

When you visit our website, technically necessary information (e.g. IP address, date and time, browser, operating system, referrer and HTTP status) is processed. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The processing serves the secure and stable operation of the website.

Our website is hosted by Namecheap, Inc. Where personal data is processed, this takes place on the basis of a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. Data transfers to third countries only take place in compliance with Art. 44 et seq. GDPR.

If you contact us by e-mail, telephone or contact form, we process your details in order to handle your enquiry. Voice messages left with us may be transcribed automatically. The transcription serves exclusively to support our staff and is reviewed before any further processing. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR.

In the context of management enquiries we process the data you submit exclusively for the purpose of assessing and preparing a possible business relationship. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.

8. Owner and tenant forms

The data submitted via our forms is processed exclusively to handle the respective matter. The legal bases are Art. 6 (1) (b), (c) or (f) GDPR.

9. Google Maps

Google Maps is embedded on our contact page. As a result, personal data may be transmitted to Google. For further information please refer to Google's privacy policy.

To the best of our current knowledge, no analytics or marketing cookies are used. Technically necessary cookies serve exclusively to provide the website.

Personal data is received exclusively by staff and technical service providers, insofar as this is necessary. When AI-supported applications are used, data may be transmitted to the corresponding processors to the extent required.

17. No automated decision-making

Solely automated decision-making including profiling pursuant to Art. 22 GDPR does not take place. AI supports internal workflows only; all relevant decisions are taken by staff.
